There are many volunteer opportunities at Plast Toronto to support existing programs and grow our activities.
Шукаємо осіб на слідуючі ролі | We are looking for individuals for the following roles:
Референт Коляди | Carolling Coordinator
This short-term role runs from October through January and is a great way to get involved in one of our community’s most beloved traditions.
What you’ll do:
- Help organize Koliada (Caroling) for the 26/27 year
- Help organize and manage group lists
- Coordinate schedule for when groups go caroling
- Promote Plast Koliada within the community
What we’re looking for:
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (even the most basic use is totally fine!)
- Familiarity with Google Forms, Signup Genius, or similar
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and community spirit
- Note: You do not need to speak Ukrainian for this role

Скарбник Маланки | Malanka Treasurer
Support our longest running and most popular community event!
The treasurer will create and manage the Malanka budget, and reconcile all expenses, as well as ticket sale and other revenues. Meetings will occur at least once a month, starting in May.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with budgets and financial reports
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and community spirit
- Note: You do not need to speak Ukrainian for this role

Референт Соц-мереж | Social Media Coordinator
This year-round role supports Plast Toronto’s online presence by creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and helping grow awareness and community engagement across our social platforms.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organizational & communication skills (Ukrainian and English)
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva)
- Interest in analytics and improving performance
- Ability to collaborate with different teams for content
